When we are closed, have you ever needed to:

  • Hear current savings, checking and loan balances

  • Transfers funds between accounts

  • Verify if a check has cleared

  • Verify if a deposit has posted

Our telephone banking service gives you instant control of your accounts whenever you choose. Call to hear current balances, conduct transactions, and more.

All you need is a Touch-Tone phone, a special Personal Identification Number (PIN) required for security, and your access number.


To Access your accounts using Telephone Banking: 

1) Call 765-529-6632 and dial extension 300

2) Enter your access number (account number) when prompted

3) Enter your 4 digit PIN or access code when prompted ( you will need to request a PIN set up form from us)

4) Proceed to desired action

5) Press 98 to terminate the call


Helpful Hints:

When entering an account type, enter a 3 digit number (i.e. Membership Savings is 000, Checking is 201, Starter Checking is 203, etc.)

When entering transfer amounts, include the cents (i.e. if you want to transfer $1.00 enter 100, or enter 20000 to transfer $200.00). The system will automatically insert the decimal point before the last two digits.

You may "key ahead" any time during the telephone session by entering the next menu number without waiting for the voice prompt from the system.

Press ## to repeat the current menu.

Press 99 to return to the main menu.

  • 11 Savings or Checking to Loan Transfer

  • 30 Checking Balance

  • 31 Savings Balance

  • 32 Loan Balance

  • 40 Last Ten Checks Cleared

  • 50 Last Ten Checking Deposits

  • 52 Last Ten Savings Withdrawals

  • 53 Last Ten ATM Transactions

  • 98 Terminate Call
