Part-Time Teller

 Eastern Indiana Federal Credit Union (EIFCU) is currently seeking an energetic, motivated, and responsible individual to join our team as Part-Time Teller working approximately 25-29 hours per week. Hours include Saturday 9-12 and vary on Monday – Friday. 

 Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Performs financial transactions efficiently, and accurately, and providing quality member service in a professional manner.

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of confidentiality with regard to member account information.

  • Assume additional responsibilities or duties as assigned.

  • Comply with all federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies, and our own Credit Union policies, procedures, and objectives

 Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.  Communication and human relation skills needed to interact with the membership in a professional environment.  Cash handling experience preferred.


Lending Specialist

Eastern Indiana Federal Credit Union (EIFCU) is currently seeking an energetic, motivated, and responsible individual to join our team as Lending Specialist.  This is a full-time non-exempt position. 

Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Interview applicants about financial history and future financial goals

  • Internal and external business development and account retention/management

  • Advise members through their loan closing documents

  • Comply with all federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies, and our own Credit Union policies, procedures, and objectives

  • Other duties as required

 Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.  Preferred 2+ years’ experience in a financial services institution and 1+ years’ experience with Consumer or Mortgage Loan Origination.  Knowledge of credit reporting/scoring, lending regulations related to consumer lending, personal finance – auto buying, real estate lending.  Communication skills, strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and human relation skills needed to interact with the membership in a professional manner.
